John P. Freudenberg, Chief Executive Officer, has over 30 years of leadership experience and for more than a decade has led a multi-inspector home inspection firm, real estate investing, real estate brokerage and information technology consulting companies.
John has worked as a laborer doing demolition, installing a bulkhead, septic and dry well systems, roofs, fences, refinishing and installing floors, decks, siding, painting, drywall, minor plumbing and electrical, and has remodeled a number of homes beginning with his first home at the age of 20 years old.
John is a Licensed Home Inspector in North Carolina, a Certified Master Inspector having overseen the completion of over 1,000 inspections and hundreds of hours of continuing education courses, and is a member in good standing with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA). He holds a B.A. from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Western Governors University.
